THE OFFICE
Marketing Concepts, Ltd. maintains the Association’s office, providing a turnkey operation including all equipment, personnel and telecommunications as required. This includes office equipment, furnishings, computer equipment and software, full desktop publishing capabilities, with personnel experienced in these functions. All clerical functions, to include accounts receivable and payable management, data entry and maintenance, clerical and meeting planning.
The Association office serves as a clearing house for information pertaining to the Association and its industry and maintains all files pertinent to the Association. A central filling system is provided for the correspondence, promotional materials, industry related items, and other associated documents. All data relating to Association business will be maintained in the computer system and protected with back up copies. All membership records will be maintained and updated accurately and promptly.
An office address is established to accommodate the needs of the Association. Telephone calls from members and associates are handled at the time of the call. After hours messages requiring an answer will be called during the next business day.
PUBLISHING
Our staff is well versed in the desktop publishing and graphics management. We use the latest versions of Pagemaker, Adobe Photoshop, Corel and other aligned programs to afford us the luxury of in-house graphics design and publication for the majority of our association newsletters, membership directories, meeting materials and membership related publications. We produce custom name badges, programs, membership directories and all manner of written communications for our client’s meeting needs

Specialists work closely with the association committees to provide the membership with the very best in meeting facilities, programs, area attractions and events.
